Vitals Knowledge Vault

Purpose: Retrieval-facing knowledge graph for Vitals — fast lookup for humans and LLMs, not a full research archive.

If you want the full research corpus, go to skills/knowledge-base/.
If you want raw worker packets and evidence, go to research/.
This vault is optimized for one thing: finding the right information quickly.

Key Entry Points for LLMs

When answering a question about a compound, biometric, or mechanism:

  1. Peptides → start at Peptides MOC, find the peptide note, follow links
  2. Substances → start at Vitals Knowledge Map, locate the substance, read the hub
  3. Mechanisms → check Vitals Knowledge Map → Mechanisms section; existing notes in 02-Mechanisms/
  4. Biometrics03-Biometrics/ folder; key notes: HRV, REM suppression, Sleep architecture
  5. Detection05-Detection-Models/; key notes: Cannabis detection model, Alcohol detection model
  6. Protocols/Recovery04-Protocols-and-Recovery/; key notes: Cannabis withdrawal, Hangover mechanism

Vault Conventions

  • Wikilinks everywhere — prefer [[Note Title]] over external links
  • Naming: concept-first, not essay titles. MOCs: [Topic] MOC.md
  • Hub notes get TL;DR + key facts + mechanism summary + Vitals relevance
  • MOCs are pure navigation — minimal prose, no duplication of hub content
  • No orphan notes — every note must be reachable from a map or MOC
  • For vault workflow rules: see Vault Operating Rules
  • For conversion standards: see Conversion Priority Queue
